Carter brings more than ten years active experience in residential real estate and a lifetime of involvement in a family owned and operated development company.  Although Carter’s primary focus is residential sales in the Atlanta market, Carter has managed the market research, land acquisition and development for several apartment projects throughout the Southeast.  In the mid 1980s Carter held a political appointment charged with overseeing multi-family workouts for the Federal Housing Administration.  Outside of real estate, Carter has another fifteen years experience in marketing and communications in a variety of industries.  She holds a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance.  Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Lori Hamilton

Lori has almost ten years of active experience in the Atlanta residential real estate market, beginning with a background working with a custom home builder early in her career. As a licensed real estate agent, she has represented both buyers and sellers in the resale market in addition to working with corporate relocation clients. Lori remains active in several aspects of the realm of real estate. In addition to being a member of her Board Million Dollar Club, GAR, and NAR, she has held seminars to educate first time buyers about the process of buying a home. Although Lori’s work in the field thus far has been focused on resale, her true passion is new homes, largely inspired by her grandfather’s work as a custom home builder. Outside of real estate, Lori has a background in sales and worked for a Fortune 500 company.

Kim brings over fifteen years experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Atlanta market.  Kim's primary concentration is in new construction, including both new home communities and individual single family homes.  On her clients’ behalf, Kim has been actively engaged in all aspects of project development, including land acquisition, project design and sales and marketing.  Her  expertise in preparing new home communities for sale includes oversight of the design and installation of models and on-site sales centers, and development of collateral materials, signage and displays.  Certified Short sale and Foreclosure Resource.

Marti Alexander

Currently focusing on residential sales, Marti brings over 10 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry.   She has worked in the residential mortgage industry, managed over 400 rental units for a large Residential Management Corporation and has spearheaded small residential construction projects.  Additionally, her interests lie in the preservation and renovation of existing homes.  She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Atlanta History Center and the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
